基于驾驶员感受的公路安全改善评价方法研究

摘要: 统计数据表明,公路交通事故在我国道路交通事故中占很大比例,公路不安全路段已经成为制约我国整体交通安全水平提高的瓶颈,对其进行有针对性的安全改善已经势在必行。为了合理的评价公路交通安全改善措施的效果,本文在总结现有评价方法的基础上,“以人为本”地提出了基于驾驶员行驶感受的安全改善效果评价方法。首先根据实际道路交通安全管理需求从道路、交通工程设施和环境三个方面着手建立评价指标体系,然后引入模糊数学的理论建立简单可行的模糊评价模型,最后给出评价方法的应用实例。

Abstract: Statistical data show that highway traffic accidents account for a large proportion of road traffic accidents in China. Highway sections of insecurity has become a bottleneck of China’s overall traffic safety level, carrying traffic safety improvements for it have been inevitable . In order to evaluate highway safety improvement effect properly, on the basis of the current evaluation method, this paper raises a new evaluation method which uses the improvement effect of driver feelings. First, an evaluation index system is built according to traffic safety management demands, and then a simple and practical evaluation method is designed by introducing fuzzy math methods. finally, an applied example was given to prove the feasibility of the method
