摘要: 为了给驾驶员提供优质的停车服务、保证停车场的良性供需平衡,本文提出了一个由汽车、停车场和停车信息服务中心组成的智能停车服务环境。基于分布控制的思想,城市被分为若干停车区域,每个区域的停车信息服务中心都是基于FIPA规范和多Agent系统架构实现,并采用了移动Agent、消息队列、Agent容器和Agent执行环境对FIPA规范进行了扩展,充分利用了FIPA良好的交互性和移动Agent的灵活性;无需驾驶员和停车场的干预,多Agent可自动完成停车场查询、停车价格协商、停车位预定、路径导航等功能。此外,还将以时间为驱动的竞价机制引入到系统中,指导分别代表汽车和停车场的Agent进行停车价格的协商。协商算法的仿真结果表明:延长协商的规定时间会增加协商次数,降低协商算法的收敛速度。

Abstract: To provide the drivers with better parking services and ensure the balance between supply and demand, a new approach for constructing intelligent parking service environment is proposed, which composes of parks, cars, and parking information service center (PISC). Based on the distributed control theory, a city is divided into a number of districts and each of which is equiped with a PISC. The PISC is implemented based on an extended FIPA architecture using mobile agent, message queue, agent container, and agent execution environment. It makes full use of the interoperability of FIPA standards and the flexibility of mobile agent. The agents in the service environment can automatically execute park searching, price negotiation, space booking and routes guidance without the intervention of drivers and parks. Besides, a negotiation algorithm using time-driven bidding mechanism is also introduced to the whole parking price negotiation process between car and park agents. Simulation result indicates that the prolonged predetermined negotiation time makes the negotiation times increased and the algorithm’s convergence speed reduced.
