摘要: 在分析了运输代理企业和运输企业之间的合作关系特点的基础上,从委托代理理论的角度指出了合作中存在的问题和产生的原因.结合铁路运输和公路运输的实际情况,给出了一个参数化委托代理模型,针对信息对称和不对称两种情况,分别讨论了在均衡状态下的合同设计内容及其效率性质,分析运输代理人与承运人在合作过程中的风险分担及激励问题,给出并证明了对实际工作具有指导意义的几个命题.文章以新的视角对运输代理问题进行了研究,力求为运输代理企业与运输企业之间合作伙伴的协调管理提供理论依据,并能充实运输代理理论的研究.

Abstract: This paper points out the existing problems and analyses the reasons of emerging the problems from the point of view of principal-agent theory on the basis of analyzing special characters of partnership between transportation agent industry and transportation industry.It gives a parameterized principal-agent model under the symmetric and asymmetric information.It discusses the contract designing under the state of equilibria.It studies the problems of incentive and risk-sharing between them ,then brings forward and proves some propositions.
