摘要/Abstract

摘要： 综述了国际范围内国家综合交通网络研究的最近进展，结合新中国建立以来第一个全国性的、综合衔接铁路、公路、水路、民航及管道各运输方式的总体空间布局规划—综合交通网发展规划的制订为背景，系统分析了其编制与出台过程，作者根据多年的综合交通系统规划与管理经验，从系统工程方法论角度，剖析了我国改革开放以来交通系统工程学科理论研究与实践中遇到的难题，研究提出了在综合交通网络规划中应注意的技术关键问题。

Abstract: The paper reviews the newest development situation of the state multi-modal research in the world wide. It analyzes the making and issuing process of the first nation wide multi-modal transport plan of China. The overall spatial layout plan covers five major transport modes as railway, highway, waterway, civil aviation and pipeline transportation. Based on outher’s experiences on planning and management of integrated transportation system, the paper analyzes the problems emerged in theories research and practice of transportation system engineering. Some key technical issues on multi-modal transport planning have been discussed.
