摘要: 以2008年我国综合交通的统计数据为基础,分析了交通体系发展的基本趋势;结合对美国、英国、日本、俄罗斯和印度等典型国家经济与土地资源条件和客货运输结构等指标的比较分析,研究了我国综合通体系结构的合理性;探讨了合理优化我国客货运输结构的基本手段和对策。研究认为:经过20世纪后期道路与民航系统的建设,中国的综合交通体系21世纪以来已进入第二次结构调整时期;作为一个人均资源不足的大国,在不断提高各种不同类型交通基础设施发展水平的同时,应发挥不同客货运方式的技术经济特点和政策杠杆的引导作用,积极致力于优化客货运交通结构;重视城市化、机动化背景下的一体化城乡综合交通体系建设,特别是城市与枢纽地区的信息服务与接续运输组织,真正建立高效、可持续的国家城市间综合交通体系。

Abstract: Based on the 2008 intercity transport statistical data, this paper analyzes the trend of multimodal transport market of China. By investigating the social, economic and land-use data, it explores the structural rationality of passenger and freight transportation. Some policy measures have been put forward to optimize the operations of China intercity transport network. It concludes that China will meet her second adjustment on intercity transport structure during the first two decades of the 21th century after the construction of highway and air networks. As a big country with insufficient per capita resources, China should exert the effectiveness of transport policies and characteristics of different transport modes during the speeding construction of transport infrastructure so as to improve the passenger and freight transport operations. Author believes that the integrated system with multiple modes in urban areas and joint schedule at terminals would highlight an efficient and sustainable national transport network with the current background of rapid urbanization and motorization.
