Abstract:
In this paper.the author sums up china's,railway construction development,andconstruction tasks in the 9th"5-year plan" period of the country, including mass campaignorganized in the railway construction, accomplishment of the construction programs andextension of the railway network. Relying on the Progress of Science and Technology: Chinarailway will raise the construction level. heighten the railway construction qualiry and establishvisible market of railway construction of integrated and open.well-orranaged competition,andregular operation, aiming to create a competitive environment with open, just and fair regulations.

摘要: 本文详细论述了我国铁路建设事业的发展,介绍了“九五”期间我国铁路的建设任务,组 织铁路建设会战建设项目的完成与路网规模扩展情况,铁路建设依靠科技铁路工程水平的提 高,铁路工程质量的提高,建立“统一开放、竞争有序、运行观范”的铁路有形建设市场,创造公开、公证、公平的竞争环境,以及完善了系统管理规章。
