Study on the Evaluation of Coordination Between Urban Rail System and Bus System

Abstract: It is urgent to improve public transportation service level, with well joining and cooperation between urban rail system and bus system, which is also the request of transit priority policy in cities in China. This paper analyzed the meanings and the levels as well as the evaluation method of coordination between urban rail system and bus system. On the basis of analysis the paper defined evaluation indexes of coordination between urban rail system and bus system from institutional, technological and economic views, and set up the index system of coordination. Finally the weights of indexes were determined with the help of APH.

摘要: 实现城市轨道交通与常规公交系统协调衔接,建设一体化公共交通,是提高公共交通服务水平的迫切需要,是公共交通优先发展战略的内在要求。本文对城市轨道交通与常规公交系统协调的内涵、层次、评价方法进行了深入的分析,探讨了系统协调体制、技术、效益三方面评价指标的定义,建立评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重。
