Impact Factors of Travel Intention During the Toll Road Being Free on the Major Holidays

重大节假日公路免通行费对出行意愿影响因素研究

Abstract:

Based on the objective reality of the toll road being free on the major holidays, the research objects of this paper are the travelers who have their own private cars. This paper, by the method of empirical, researches the interaction among all impact factors. By using survey data collected from 261 travelers who have the experience traveled on the toll road being free on the major holidays, it builds a concept model based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB), and designs the measurement scale about travel attitude and intention. Through the research of this paper, on one hand, it is possible to expand basic research theory in the field in domestic, and on the other hand,it also reveals mechanism of action of the policy of free toll road to the travel intention. The results show that the perceived service quality, the positive utility have a positive impact on the traveler’s travel attitude, and the negative utility has a negative impact on the traveler’s travel attitude. The travel attitude, perceived behavioral control and subjective norm will affect travelers travel intention.

摘要:

依托目前重大节假日期间收费公路免通行费的客观实际,本文以拥有私家车的出行者为研究对象,实证研究了在免费政策出台后,影响出行意愿的各因素之间的相互关系.通过对261位在重大节假日期间免费通行过收费公路的出行者的数据进行收集和分析,基于收费公路重大节假日免费这一全新的视角,构建基于计划行为理论(TPB)的出行意愿的概念模型,设计出行意愿的测量量表.通过本文的研究,拓展了国内出行行为领域的基础研究理论,揭示了公路免费政策对出行意愿影响的作用机理.研究结果显示:正效用因素对出行者的出行态度有正向影响,负效用因素对出行态度有负向影响,出行态度、感知行为控制和主观规范对出行者的出行意愿有影响.
