Abstract: This paper describes the process of the Hainan Airline Group from a firm with 10-million yuan governmented investment into the present day transnational group with 16-billionyuan assets.
Its main points are as follow:① System reform including leadership system,finance system personal systems, distribution system, operation system and as well as standardization
system reforms.②Successful experiences of its capital operations.③Exploitation experiences of its market.④ Construction of businesses culture.
