Abstract: In this paper, the study is carried out on the design of Permanent Way Management Information System of Passenger Transportation Special Line. According to the characteristics of the track maintenance of Passenger Transportation Special Line, the further enhanced functions of the system are pointed out than the existing railways’.Based on discussing the design target and the folowing principles during design and development, the demands for the system are discussed in details, it is believed that the function demands of the system include four parts, namely static information management, dynamic information management, permanent way geographical information management and auxiliary decision and support management of permanent way. At last, the structure and functions are described in details as well as application mode of the system.

摘要： 围绕客运专线工务管理信息系统的设计展开了研究。从客运专线线路维修的特点出发，分析了客运专线工务管理信息系统较目前既有线应用的工务管理信息系统应进一步增强的功能。在对系统设计目标和开发时应遵循的原则进行论述的基拙上，对系统的需求进行了详细探讨，认为客运专线工务管理信息系统的功能需求管理包括静态信息管理、动态信息管理、工务地理信息管理和工务辅助决策支持管理四部分内容。最后对系统的体系结构、功能和应用模式进行了详细描述。
