Abstract: The development of logistics in China is closely associated with its reform and opening policy and modernization construction. With the economics globalization and grouped, the logistics has experienced an evolution from traditional into modern one. It plays increasingly important roles in national economy and peoples’ daily lives, and receivesconsiderable attentions of the society. The 20th conference of “Traffic andTransportation Forum 7+1” sets its theme as “practice and innovation of logistics and supply chain management”, and addresses that the key point of the modern logistics and supply chain management is innovation. The conference introduces the definition and function of logistics finance as well as its development and application in China. It also illustrates several basic theories on logistics subject, the role and position of government for logistics development, and the applications and prospects of advanced technologies involving the internet of things.

摘要： 中国物流发展的进程与我国改革开放和现代化建设密不可分. 伴随着经济全球化和一体化，传统物流向现代物流发展，并不断地在国民经济和人民生活中体现出重要作用，从而引起了社会各界对现代物流的广泛关注. 论坛以“物流与供应链管理实践与创新”为主题，认为在现代物流业和供应链管理当中创新是最重要的，详细介绍了物流金融的概念、作用以及在中国的发展和应用，阐述了物流学科的一些基本理论，政府在物流业发展中的作用和地位，以及一些先进技术，包括物联网技术的发展和应用前景.
