Abstract: Railway station operation standard time assessment is an important work. It can find weaknesses of existing equipment and work organizational, and then expand to take appropriate measures to achieve the potential to improve the efficiency of railway station. However, traditional manual method of assessment has the following shortcomings: heavy workload, long cycle, low precision. This paper presents railway data-based automated standard time assessment method, and solves some key issues such as original data acquisition, multi-source data processing, and so on. The paper further sets up an automated search standard system, and takes the railway line Da Tong-Zhun Ge Er as an example. The case study results show that the new method is simple, operable, high precision, and have significance to promote.

摘要: 铁路既有线车站作业标准时间的查定工作,对于发现现有设备和工作组织上的薄弱环节,进而采取适当扩能措施以达到挖潜提效的目的有着重要作用. 然而,传统的人工查标方法耗费大量人力物力,工作量大,周期长,精度不高,可操作性不强,很难适应当前铁路发展的需要. 本文提出基于铁路信息化数据的自动化查标方法,充分利用现有的铁路相关系统的数据,解决了原始数据获取、多源数据处理等关键问题,并进一步搭建了自动化查标系统. 最后以大同-准格尔旗铁路为例,阐述自动化查标的运用方法与步骤. 案例分析结果表明, 该方法简便易行、可操作性强、精度高,有一定的推广意义.
