摘要： 在经济全球化的进程中，跨国生产网络在全球范围展开，传统的物流组织模式正在向以
供应链网络为特征的经济物流模式演进.本文通过考察市场经济中的企业组织的变迁，研究了
经济全球化和经济物流产生与发展的机制，提出了关于企业组织变迁的基本规则，分析了经济 物流与产业组织之间的内在逻辑，并从经济学角度对经济全球化和经济物流现象进行了简明的 评价.

Abstract: Based on the supply chains of integration, multinational production networked has spread worldwide, and at the same time economic logistics has been gradually introduced rather
than traditional physical distribution during the procession of economic globalization. This paper presents basic formula of firm organization in the market economy, and analyzes the logic between firm organization and economic logistics, and also provide a concise economic appraisal.
