摘要： 我国加入WTO给铁路运输行业带来机遇也带来了挑战.这里介绍了铁路经营和管理
机制如何和国际接轨以及基本对策.同时指出铁路信息系统的建设问题，提出铁路信息化开发
的几点建议.

Abstract: China accession of WTO brings not only opportunities but also challenges to her railway transportation industry. Here introduces railway operation and management machanisms as well as approaches to achieve the standardization of railway
management aaccording to criterin. We point out some issues on the construction of railway information system and give suggestions on the development of modern railways in the
information age.
