摘要：

利用中国仓储协会及扬州市现代物流规划课题组的调查资料对我国3PL的现 状做了分析，并指出了目前3PL存在的一些突出问题;归纳出了目前3PL的三种运作 模式— 传统外包型、战略联盟型和综合集团型，并且讨论了各模式的优缺点，推荐了组建综合物流公司的三种方案;最后对3PL的发展建设提出了一些建议和策略.

Abstract: In this paper, the analysis of the actuality about domestic 3PL is performed on the basis of the data investigated by the Storage Union of China and YANGZHOU logistics planning problem group. The obvious problems about 3PL are also pointed out. Three operation models of 3PL, which are the traditional bargain mode，the strategic union mode and the synthetical group mode，are all concluded. And what’s more, the advantages and the disadvantages about the three operation modes are then discussed. Furthermore，three plans about the constitution of the synthetic logistics company are commended. Finally, some pieces of advice and several strategies of development about 3PL are raised.
