摘要： 在研究智能公交调度系统的基础上，根据实际需求提出了智能公交调度中心的实施结构，并详细论述了智能调度中心的功能。最后，详细描述了智能调度中心各子系统的功能，给智能调度中心的建设提供了依据.

Abstract: Based on the study of the intelligent dispatching system, the
Paper presents the frame of intelligent public transport dispatching center according to the demand and discusses the function of each sub-systems in the intelligent dispatching center in detail. At last, the foundations of
constructing the intelligent center are raised.
