摘要： 主要讨论了交通分区的相关问题.首先阐述了交通分区的必要性和三层交通分区体系，提出了关键路口和集散路口的概念.然后讨论了动态分区的组织形式和组织原则，在此基础上，研究了动态分区的过程，为交通诱导与控制的实用性研究提供了一些有益的方法.

Abstract: The relevant problems of traffic zones are discussed in this paper. Firstly, the necessity and the three-layer system of traffic zones are stated, and the concepts of key intersection and gathering-dispersing intersection are put forward. Secondly, organization form and principle of dynamic zoning are discussed. Finally. the process of dynamic zoning is studied, and some helpful ways are offered for traffic flows guidance and traffic control.
