摘要: 车站列控中心是中国列车控制系统(CTCS)的地面设备之一,是铁路运行速度提高到200km/h的关键控制设备。本文在介绍CTCS结构和车站列控中心与其它关键信号设备连接的基础上,以TYLK-Ⅰ型车站列控中心系统为例,对其系统结构、主要功能及关键技术进行了分析和实现。车站列控中心根据调度命令、进路状态、线路参数等产生进路及临时限速等相关控车信息,通过有源应答器及轨道电路传送给列车。多次测试表明,TYLK-1型车站列控中心完全能够满足在既有线提速到200km/h的条件下对列车实行安全控制的需求。

Abstract: Station train control center as one of wayside equipment of CTCS( Chinese Train Control System) is the key equipment for train control when the train running speed is raised up to 200km/h. Based on the introduction of the architecture of CTCS and its interface to other critical signaling equipment, TYLK-I station train control center system is used as the example for the analysis and implementation of its system architecture, main functions and key technologies. The station train control center can generate train control information such as route, temporary speed restriction according to dispatching order, route status, line parameters and etc.Then it sends the information to the train via active balise and track circuits. Many tests have shown that the TYLK-I station train control center can completely meet the requirements of controling the trains safely under the condition that the train running speed in existing lines is raised to 200km/h.
