摘要: 为了推动浮动车交通信息采集与处理技术的深入研究、沟通交流和推广应用,本文在概括总结国内外研究及应用现状的基础上,重点描述了基于浮动车运行数据进行实时旅行时间和平均速度估计及预测、拥堵状态判断的核心流程,介绍了国家智能交通系统工程技术研究中心自主研发的创新性的关键技术,其中主要包括浮动车地图匹配算法和路段旅行时间估计算法等,展望了浮动车交通信息采集与处理技术的应用前景。

Abstract: In order to promote in-depth research, communication and practical applications of floating car traffic information collection and processing technologies, this paper summarizes current research and application status, describes the key process and technologies developed by the National Research Center of ITS Engineering and Technologies, including the floating car map matching algorithm and the travel time estimation algorithm. In the end, this paper discusses potential applications in traffic management and information services.
