摘要: 交通信息广播频道(RDS-TMC)是一种广域、廉价的交通信息发布技术,是现代先进的交通信息服务方式之一。本文结合北京市开展的RDS-TMC研究和示范实验,编制北京市地方标准的经验,以及掌握的欧洲RDS-TMC技术资料的基础上,阐述和分析了RDS-TMC的技术流程和信息服务特点,总结了RDS-TMC在欧洲和我国的发展概况,并深入研究了RDS-TMC核心标准。

Abstract: Radio Data System-Traffic Message Channel (RDS-TMC) is one of new traffic information service technologies; it has low-cost and cover-wide characters. Based on the practice experience on RDS-TMC researching and test system, the local standards of Beijing and technical resources of RDS-TMC, this paper introduces and analyzes the tech-chain and information service characters of RDS-TMC. The development survey which Europe developed RDS-TMC quickly and successfully and China had done work in RDS-TMC is summarized; the core standards of RDS-TMC are researched.
