公交模型在交通影响评价中的应用研究

摘要: 在目前的交通影响评价工作中,针对公共交通系统的供需分析不足,研究较为薄弱. 本文在既有的交通影响评价分析方法的基础上,结合公交系统组织运营特点,以公交模型结构体系和功能定位分析为起点,研究并选取能够反映交通影响评价需求和公交服务水平的评价指标,设计了公交模型分析流程,并将公交模型引入到交通影响评价工作中. 结合交通影响评价实例分析,对交通影响评价中建设项目的公交运营组织进行分析和评价,利用公交模型分析各项评价指标的实用性和适应性,进一步完善了交通影响评价指标体系,拓展了公交模型的应用领域.

Abstract: Travel demand and supply analysis of public transit (PT) system is relatively weak in current traffic impact analysis (TIA). This paper aims to incorporate public transit model in TIA. It selects several evaluation indicators which reflects levels of service of public transit and satisfies the requirement of TIA. The analysis methodology of public transit in TIA is developed based on characteristics of PT system operation, Finally, a case of Beijing illustrates the process of evaluating operation and organization of public transit in TIA. This framework improves the evaluation system of TIA and extends the application area of public transit model.
