摘要: 中国电子不停车收费(ETC)行业目前所使用的OBU,由于分离元器件搭建所产生的频点漂移现象导致系统性能不稳定,采用二极管峰值检波技术导致OBU产品成本增加.本文通过对国内外所采用ETC车载设备(OBU)的研究,以及对国标的分析,设计出一种系统集成化方案.采用系统集成化方法将原本由分离器件搭建的各个电路模块集成于一个芯片,从而解决目前国内所采用的ETC车载设备(OBU)系统不稳定、设备成本高、返修率高等一系列问题.并最终通过系统仿真和实际路测,证实该设计的正确性、可行性和可推广性.该设计申请了多项国家专利.

Abstract: For the current used OBU in Chinese ETC industry, the discrete components structure always leads to system instability, and the diode peak detecting technology increase the cost. This paper studies the OBUs both at home and abroad and analyzes the National Standard, and then proposes a system integration solution. Instead of building the system with discrete components, system integration solution integrates every submodule into one single chip. It solves a series of problems such as system instability, high BOM cost and high repairing rate. The design is proven to be correction, feasibility for the by system simulation based on filed test. The design has applied several patents in China.
