混合模式下的多车型交叉甩挂调度优化

摘要:

多车型是甩挂运输发展的新趋势,载重大的牵引车拖带不超过吨位限制的多 种挂车称之为交叉甩挂.为分析多车型交叉甩挂的优势和客户点分布规律的影响,本文建 立了轴辐式与网络型相结合的混合模式下的多车型交叉甩挂调度模型,针对该模型的特 点设计了混合模拟退火算法进行求解,并将其与其他3 种牵引车—挂车匹配策略进行对 比,验证了模型和算法的有效性,同时体现了多车型交叉甩挂在成本节约方面较之于其 他3 种甩挂匹配策略的优势.最后运用4 种策略求解改进的Solomon 经典算例,分析了客 户点分布对目标函数的影响,可为甩挂运输车辆调度提供决策支持.

Abstract:

Using multiple vehicles is the new trend of tractor-and-trailer transportation development. Tractors with high load capacity can pull various trailers under its load capacity restriction. We call this phenomenon crossed tractor-and-trailer scheduling. To study the advantages of this transportation mode and the effects of the distribution of customers, considering its feature, a multiple tractor-and-trailer crossed scheduling model is established under hybrid mode, which is combined of hub-and-spoke mode and network mode. Then an appropriate simulated annealing algorithm is developed to solve the problem. The result is compared with those got by three existing tractor- trailer matching strategies. It shows that the model and algorithm are effective and multiple tractor-and-trailer crossed scheduling has advantage in saving cost. At last, the four strategies are used to solve converted Solomon classic numerical examples, analyzing the effect of the distribution of customers on objective function value. That customers are distributed in clusters can lower total operation cost in tractor-and-trailer transportation system. The conclusions can provide decision support for the operators.
