摘要:

近年来,随着港口经济的迅猛发展,港口腹地集疏运体系日趋规模化.与此同 时,相关集疏运活动对生态环境的负面影响也愈发凸显.基于环境友好和资源集约的双重 生态责任,在运输优化的传统决策指标“运输总费用”和“运输总时间”的基础上,把“集疏 运便利程度”指标和“运输碳排放量、运输活动对土地资源的占用值”这两个关键的生态 指标纳入优化范围,构建面向生态效益的港口腹地集疏运组合优化模型.将“属性坐标分 析法”应用到多目标优化问题中,把决策者(群)对各单目标的心理偏好程度通过属性赋 权进行精细量化.最后通过实际案例对所建模型进行验算.

Abstract:

It can be observed that port related hinterland connections have experienced unprecedented growth over the last two decades due to the flourishing port economy. At the same time, this development has serious negative effects on the natural environment. In addition to the traditional decision objectives “lower transportation costs and shorter transportation time”, this paper adds “higher transportation convenience degree”which stands for the service performance objective and“lower carbon emissions and land occupation of transport”which are the two most important objectives of transportation ecological benefits into the optimized scope to construct the combination optimization model of port related hinterland transportation modes. In this paper, analysis method of attribute coordinate is innovatively applied to solve the multi-objective optimization problem as a weighting method which could precisely quantify the distribution of the psychology preference of a decision group. In the section of case analysis, an example is taken to verify the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm.
