摘要： 本文重点探讨了铁路信息化与电子商务的时代背景，指出铁路信息化与电子商务是国
家信息化与电子商务的有机组成部分，但又具有特殊重要意义，探讨了铁路信息化和电子商务 的远期发展体系结构和发展方向。
铁路信息化与电子商务是一个庞大的系统工程，也是当前进行研究的热门课题，的确有许
多值得探讨的问题，可以认为铁路信息化是铁路电子商务的基础，也可以认为铁路电子商务是 铁路信息化的高级形式.本文试图从铁路信息化的时代背景来说明铁路信息化与国家信息化
的关系和本身具有的特殊意义，以及铁路信息化与电子商务的远期体系结构和发展方向.

Abstract: The paper discusses the times and background of railway informatization and electronic business. These are the organic parts of the country’s informatization and electronic
business, and are of great importance. Also the paper discusses the future development of its
system structure of informatization of railway and electronic business.
These form a huge system which is a hot issue to study,and a problem worth of exploring.
It can be admitted that railway informatization is the base of electronic business, while
electronic business is the supreme form of railway informatization.
This paper not only tries to explain the relationship between the railway informatization
and the country’s based on the times background, but also the significance of railway
informatization, and as well as the future system stucture and development tendency of railway
informatization and electronic business.
