摘要： 给出了海南省公共信息网络拓扑结构设计思路.采用交互式信息共享平台和全省各区
域网络节点构成，形成一个覆盖全省、用户驱动的交互式的网际网.通过建设公共信息网络系
统来沟通和激励各专用信息网络外部信息流的横向交换，将相互独立的专用网联接成能发挥综
合效益的有机整体海南省公共信息网络主要由基础层、信息交换与服务层用户层三大部分构
成逻辑结构网络.

Abstract: Topological structure Design for a Public Information Network of HaiNa.Province;①To adopt an interactive information-shared platform, so as to form an interactive
internet covering the whole province.②To link up and inspire dedicated information networks to cross-exchange outer information flow, by establishing public information network, so as to link up interactive dedicated network into an organic whole, which has a comprehensive benefit.③ To form a logical structure network with three parts of the previncial public information network-the basic layer, the information exchange and science layer, and the user layer.
