摘要: 在智能运输系统(ITS)的背景下,本文运用了面向过程的方法开发了城市道路交通异常事件管理系统,旨在解决日趋严重的城市交通安全问题.通过分析该系统要实现的功能进而建立该系统的数据流图,然后将该系统划分为五个模块,通过建立每一模块的逻辑树来细化各模块,最后提出了该系统的网络构架.本文给出了城市道路交通异常事件管理系统大框架,对该系统的具体实施起到指导性作用.

Abstract: To solve the serious problem of traffic security, this paper develops urban traffic emergency management system with the proceed-oriented method. According to this method, this paper analyzes the function of the system, then establishes the chart of its data stream, and seperates the system into five modules, then details each module by setting up its logic tree, at last gives the network structure of the system. The framework of this system discussed in this paper will benefit to its application in practice.
