摘要：

介绍了七号信令网结构及其重要作用，描述了七号信令链路的监测方法，并提出七号信令监测系统将是网络运维的重要手段.通过实例阐述了七号信令监测系统在网络运行维护中的实际运用(电信网络优化、电信新业务开发等)，最后展望了七号信令监测系统会给运营商带来的各种好处和商机.

Abstract: The paper introduces the structure and important effects of SS7 (Signaling System Number 7), and its linking layer and supervising methods are described. That supervising methods of SS7 will be important means of network operation and maintenance is putted forward. The paper prospects the benefits and business chance of SS7 supervising system to operating provider.
