摘要： 论述了我国企业在新的市场形势下，如何利用和综合资源设计出更加合理、有效的战略信息系统.通过对战略信息系统设计原则的分析，提出了进行战略信息系统设计的可行方法，并给出了一般意义上的我国企业战略信息系统的层次和构成.

Abstract: This paper describes how to design an optimized and effective strategic information system (SIS) by using the existing resources under the new market circumstances in China. Some feasible method is thus proposed about the design of a SIS by way of detailed analysis of the design principle on SIS. The paper also puts forward the architecture and configuration of the SIS in China in general.
