摘要： 环城高速公路作为联结城市内外部交通的枢纽，直接影响着城市的产业发展规划与布局，是促进城市社会经济发展的重要基础设施.其建设带动了城市交通经济的一体化发展.本文着重说明了环城高速公路的规划建设及其沿线产业带的形成在促进城市产业布局优化和产业结构调整中的作用;描述和分析了环城高速公路促进城市产业发展的机理，建立了相应的交通经济多因素灰关联矩阵模型，并引用沈阳环城高速公路建设的实例进行了具体分析和论证.

Abstract: The city ring freeway,which is the pivot of city’s internal and external communication, has significant influence on the industrial layout and distribution and the key public facilities promating a city’s social and economic development. Its construction impels the integration of transportation and economy. The function of city ring freeway and the development of its industrial cincture in the optimization of city industrial structure and distribution is emphasized in this paper, and it has described the mechanism in which the city ring freeway promots industrial development.
Then, the relevant multipole grey correlation matrix is established. As an example，the construction of Shenyang city ring freeway is presented and analyzed.
