摘要: 为了应对东南亚经济危机的影响,近几年来我国实施了积极的财政政策,并且加大了时公路建设的投资,从而拉动了国民经济增长,但是相对于人们的主观感受来说,关于公路建设投资对国民经济拉动作用的研究还很不到位,公路建设拉动国民经济的基本理论仍不成熟.本文正是基于这样的基拙,在分析了公路建设投资与国民经济增长的关系后,讨论了公路建设投资对国民经济拉动影响的分类,并分析了公路建设投资对国民经济拉动的基本理论,为以后深入研究公路建设投资对国民经济增长拉动影响奠定了一定的基础.

Abstract: In order to response the effect of the economy crisis of Southeast Asia,our country carries out positive financial policy on the investment of highway construction to bring along the increasing of gross economy. But the study that the driving effect on the gross economy bought by the highway construction investment is not mature. On this basis,this paper analyses the basic theory and relationship of highway construction investment and gross economy,and then establishes the foundation of the future research on the driving effect on the gross economy bought by the highway construction investment.
