摘要: 国家智能交通系统工程技术研究中心在国家科技部和江苏省交通厅的共同资助下,完成了《江苏省ITS体系框架研究》。该项目作为“十五”国家重点科技攻关项目“智能交通系统体系框架支持系统及技术跟踪”的研究专题和配套项目,在中国国家ITS体系框架的指导下,结合江苏省交通运输对于ITS 的特色需求,编制了江苏省地方ITS体系框架。这是我国首次开展并完成省级层面(直辖市除外)地方ITS体系框架的研究。本文概要介绍了该项研究的主要成果,明确提出了地方ITS体系框架的概念和开发方法,概要介绍了江苏省ITS用户服务、逻辑框架、物理框架和应用系统分析的主要内容。

Abstract: Regional ITS Architecture for Jiangsu Province has been accomplished by National ITS Center of Engineering and Technology (ITSC). It is the first time to develop province-level ITS architecture in China (except for municipalities directly under the Central Government). This paper clearly presents the basic concept and development method of regional ITS architecture with Chinese characteristics. Meanwhile, regional ITS user service, logic architecture, physical architecture and application system for Jiangsu Province are introduced in detail.
