摘要/Abstract

摘要： 高清视频技术在交通检测中的应用是目前发展的热点领域。北京奥运快速路建立了基于高清视频的交通综合检测系统，实现了对快速路出入口的综合监测、交通流信息采集和多业务应用。本文介绍了基于高清视频技术的北京奥运快速路交通综合检测系统的设计和实现，对系统的总体情况进行了描述，给出了系统的总体结构设计，对所实现的主要功能进行了分析说明，讨论了交通流综合检测系统的信息处理流程，并从集成的体系框架、功能模块集成和数据集成、应用创新等方面阐述了北京奥运快速路交通综合检测系统建设的集成化思路。

Abstract: High-definition video (HDV) technology is the development of the hot spots in the traffic detection field. The traffic integrated detecting system based on HDV is built in expressways for Beijing Olympic. It achieved on the complex monitoring of the expressway entrance and the exit, collection of traffic information and more business operations. This paper introduces the design and implementation of Traffic complex detecting system based on HDV in expressways for Beijing Olympic. It describes the overall situation of the system, designs the architecture, realizes the function modules, and analyses the information processing. Finally, it expounds the thinking of system integration from architecture, function modules, data Integration, innovation of application, etc.
