Abstract: After the15th conference of Chinese Communist Party, a group has been established majored on transport management system studies at Zigong city of Sichuan province of China.
As the achievement of the research, the paper further analyzes the experience both cities such as Weifang, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Jiangmen and Hong Kong of China and cities of America,Japan, Australia and many countries. A series of suggestinos on system reform have been advanced.

摘要： 党的十五大和九届人大一次会议以后，四川省自贡市交通委员会成立了交通管理体制
改节研究课题组.分别赴潍坊、深圳、沈阳、江门等城市，以及香港、美国、日本、澳大利亚等国家和地区进行实地考察通过两年多的深入调查研究，课题组对我国交通运输管理体制的现状作了深刻的剖析.并对改革我国交通运输管理体制提出了建议.
