Abstract

Abstract: A kind of systems methodologies, i . e .the methodology of spiral propulsion principle, should be used in the traffic strategy planning. The traffic spiral propulsion strategy
planning is formed, its necessity is illustrated, and the corresponding general features are given.

摘要： 论文建议在交通运输发展战略规划中应用一种系统方法论一螺旋推进原则方法论，形成交通旋进战略规划论，阐述其必要性，并指出了相应的主要特点.
