    In this paper,genetic algorithms (GA) is applied to solve the special TSP problem which has fixed start and terminal points.The encoding scheme,fitness function,selection,crossover and mutation operator of GA are designated deliberately with respect to the specialty of problem.The experimental results show the algorithm possesses good searching property.In assition,a practical logistics goods distribution software is developed based on the Visual C++ and MapX.

    This paper presents a new transit equilibrium assignment model for congested public transport networks with passenger queues at stations, in which both the transit demand and the passenger queues are time-dependent under several continuous periods. The model can estimate simultaneously transit link flows and passenger queues at transit stations in the study period. Especially, in very congested condition, passenger demands can be assigned and passenger queues at the congested stations can also be determined by the proposed model in the study period. Numerical examples are used to illustrate the applications of the time-dependent transit assignment equilibrium model to various demands.

    The research intention of this thesis is to search channel of substitute, protect existing, static resource underground at the utmost, decease resource consumption extremely, finally touch the aim of zero consumption step by step, all of which are based on sufficient application of changing industrious solid rubbish into reborn resource that can be recycled.
    On the basis of deep investigation, analysis, calculation and research of comprehensive application concerning industrious solid rubbish, domestic and overseas, this thesis
    systematically carries out further research on origination, producing amount, comprehensive application amount, character, regularity and problems of industrious solid rubbish. In the meantime relative amount is predicted. In addition, all kinds of reasons of insufficient reclamation about solid rubbish are analyzed, whose partial nature of economic evaluation is pointed out in the meantime. On the further step, target system of economic evaluation is put forward and preliminary trial is taken theoretically.
    Finally, based on aforementioned research, made the following suggestion about improving comprehensive application efficiency of industrious solid rubbish. First, enforce the systematic control over resource consumption and comprehensive application of industrious solid rubbish. Second, settle the imperfection nature of economic evaluation of comprehensive application of industrious solid rubbish. Third, increase technology injection, realize economies of scale. Fourth, establish chain conception of resource comsuption and reclamation. Fifth, realize macro-management and control of government functional sector.
