Abstract: Road traffic flow data collection system is an important component of ITS, and is the basis of other application of intelligent transportation system. We design whole framework of road traffic flow data collection system, which includes system structure, system in-out, function cell and system information flow. We design the application framework based on coexistence phenomenon of multi traffic flow data collection systems. At last, we design Guangzhou road traffic flow data collection system.

摘要： 道路交通动态信息采集系统既是ITS的重要组成部分，又是ITS其它应用系统建设的基础.从系统构成、系统输入输出、系统功能单元、系统信息流程等方面对道路交通动态信息采集系统框架进行了总体设计;针对多种动态交通信息采集系统共存的现象，进行了应用框架设计;并以广州市为例设计了道路交通动态信息采集系统.
