Abstract: As a developing metropolics, Beijing is facing unprecented opertunity and challenge in its urban traffic management. Especially in 2008, The Olympics will be held in Beijing, which bring Beijing traffic tremendous pressure. This paper introduces the necessity and urgency of building dynamic information system of real-time traffic Data on road network, and put forward the whole architecture of the system in Beijing, covering the conception, basic structure, technical requirement, and the consruction engineering of the system, which relate to information collection subsystem, processing and analying subsystem, imformation issuing subsystem and the comprehesive synergia of the whole collectivity.

摘要： 北京作为一个发展中的特大城市，城市交通管理出现了前所未有的机遇和挑战。特别是2008年，在北京举办奥运会对北京交通面临巨大的压力.本文介绍了在北京建立道路交通实时动态信息系统的必要性和迫切性，提出了北京道路交通实时动态信息系统的总体框架，包括系统的概念、基本结构、系统的技术要求,北京道路交通实时动态信息系统的建设工程，其中涉及交通实时动态信息采集子系统，交通实时动态信息的处理与分析子系统，交通实时动态信息发布子系统和系统的总体协调等.
