第三方物流发展的问题与对策研究

Abstract: The operation of third party logistics is decentralization and the construction is repeatedly in china. The paper sets forth the concept of third party logistics(TPL)and types, analyzes the reasons to put up the concept of 4th part logistics ,and challenge to TPL，puts up the impotence and the ways to strong the capacity integrated resources for third party logistics, and demonstrates the factors that upgrade third party logistics are information technology，dynamic alliances and virtual operation ,and draws some conclusions at last.

摘要： 针对我国第三方物流经营分散、低水平重复建设严重等现象，阐述第三方物流概念和运作类型，分析第四方物流引进的原因与第三方物流面临的挑战，提出提升第三方物流资源整合力的重要性和实现途径，论证信息技术、动态联盟和虚拟经营是提升第三方物流整合力的关键因素，最后，给出有关结论.
