Abstract: Firstly, this paper analyzes travel choice and the basic theory of commute psychology and travel action. Secondly, some problems can be found while analyzing commuters’ commute psychology, such as information oversaturation, commuter overreaction and concentration, which are discussed in detail. Finally, this paper considers that three issues should be paid more attention to in developing traffic information system.

首先探讨了出行者的出行心理和出行行为原理，并对出行者的出行选择进行分析.其次，对交通信息诱导系统中交通信息对出行选择的影响进行分析，认为在诱导出行者的出行时，存在信息过剩、过激反应和集聚反应等问题.最后，针对交通信息诱导系统的开发，提出了3个建议.
