Abstract: The Article introduces the importance, main task and key technology of“Railway Intelligent Transportation System (RITS)”. It discusses the developing goal, main task, organization structure, management mode, resource superiority, investment, research trends and core task of "the Center of National Railway Intelligent Transportation System Engineering and Technology (RITSC)". They reflect the construction and development of RITSC comprehensively.

况.
