Abstract: Location problem is a major part of planning for distribution system. However, most of the available models for location take all nodes in the network as a same one. One single model couldn’t be competent for a system consisted of distinct areas and nodes. An idea, so called Layered Planning is put forward in this paper, which may remedy this shortage and enable more tight relations among distribution network, logistics strategy and local characters.

摘要： 配送网络规划是配送系统规划的一个重要部分，单一的选址模型无法反映配送网络内部的分工，不能区别内部不同地区物流个性。本文提出分层规划的思路和模型体系，较好地弥补了上述不足，使网络规划与企业发展战略以及市场环境特性结合更为紧密。
