Abstract: On the basis of the construct of the traffic information center of the main hinge cities， this paper raises the construct plans of the shared information platform of the traffic information center from the aspects of the network design, the platform configuration, the platform actualization
and the platform security in the construct of the shared information platform. Based on the connected traffic network and the shared information，it is ensured that the traffic information resource can be shared by all the demands. As a result, the true traffic information sharing is reflected.

摘要： 以主枢纽城市交通信息港的建设为背景，从共用信息平台建设中的网络方案、平台的总体构架、平台的实现和平台安全四个平台建设的主要方面提出交通信息港中共用信息平台的建设方案;从而能够在交通信息网络互联，共同提供信息的前提下，保证交通信息资源的全方位、多角度的共享，真正体现交通信息互连和共享的信息化特征.
