Abstract: The technique of Computer Interlocking System(CIS) will be developed actively to meet the need of great development of railway signal & communication enterprise. As railway signal control system, CIS should not be in separate state any more,it should be a sub-system of railway signal safe control & supervising system and synthesis transport management system, and its function should also be extended largely. Based on the brief analysis of present application situation of Computer Interlocking System (CIS),the point of view that the development orientation of new generation CIS is highest security, highest reliability, highest availability, highest performance,full-electronic, modularization,in telligent,network,integration etc.is put forward.

摘要: 为满足我国铁路电务事业实现跨越式发展的需要,新时期要积极发展车站计算机联锁技术.计算机联锁系统不是传统的孤立的信号控制系统,而是信号安全综合控制监测系统和综合运营管理系统的一个子系统,它的功能也因超出了车站信号安全控制设备的概念范畴而得以多方面的拓展.本文对国内外计算机联锁系统应用现状进行了分析,提出新一代车站计算机联锁系统向高可靠性、高安全性、高性能、电子化、模块化、智能化、网络化、综合化、一体化等几个方向发展的目标.
