Abstract: The railway intelligent transportation system(RITS) is the combination of ITS and rail transit. This paper combines with the project of "The development strategy study of railway intelligent transportation system", giving the definition of RITS, introducing the key technology of
RITS, and separately making the description of application actuality for train or ientation technology, communication technology, data share and integration technology as well as artificial intelligent technology, finally putting forward the general technology strategy. The paper can lay a good
foundation for the study on the development strategy of railway intelligent transportation system.

摘要: 铁路智能运输系统是智能交通(IntelligentTransportationSystem ,ITS)与轨道运输相结合的产物,本文结合《铁路智能运输系统发展战略研究》项目,给出了铁路智能运输系统(RITS)的明确定义,介绍了RITS的关键技术体系,并分别对列车定位技术、通信技术、数据共享与综合技术和人工智能技术的应用现状进行了详细的描述,最后提出总体的技术战略,为深入进行铁路智能运输系统发展战略研究奠定基础.
