Abstract: Based on the actuality of railway informatization, according to the general thought of railway informatization leaping development and the development of information technologies, combined with the demands of operation management of high-speed special railway for passenger transport, the information system general framework of high-speed special railway for passenger transport is proposed from the three sides of integrated dispatch intelligentization, marketing informatization for passenger transport and transportation management realization. What are pointed are the design rules for whole system and the function and solution for each sub-system and
information platform, which have the important reference value for the plan and design for highspeed special railway for passenger transport.

摘要： 基于铁路信息化现状,根据铁路信息化跨越式发展的总体思路和信息技术的发展状况,结合高速客运专线的运营管理的需求,按照综合调度智能化、客运营销信息化和经营管理现代化三方面进行考虑,研究提出了铁路高速客运专线信息系统总体框架.指出了该系统设计原则,以及各子系统和网络、信息平台的功能和方案,对于该系统的规划设计具有重要参考意义.
