摘要： 随着北京市机动车辆的增加，高速会路交通流量的不断增长，现有的收费站口通行能力低，收费方式、管理手段单一，已不能满足高速公路的车辆快速通行要求。为了迎接2008年奥运会，探讨北京市高速公路发展不停车电子收费系统(ETC)的必要性与紧迫性显得尤为重要。
