Abstract: The research plan and progress of the clean-running vehicles Made by State Commission of Science Technology of China is introduced as well as the connection of vehicle development and energy resource consumption. The research plan and development situation of the clean-running vehicles such as electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles and fuel cell vehicles and their technology support system are also discussed.
