山西太长高速公路分布式信息发布系统设计与实现

Abstract: There are various implements to the Center Control System used on freeway.But the bulk of them can’t fulfi11 the requirement of net-control. And there was lack of efective solution to this requirement.But now,we get one which is based on experience of many projects.We introduce the concept of distributed net-control to the solution of Freeway Center Control System.And we also present the distributed system model and technical So1ution of major subsystems(Information Release System)of Center Control System.During the course of design and realization,the first principle is to protect users’investment an d reduce the cost while designing Distributed Information Release System.Only in the case of low cost adaptability of Associate Monitor System will be strong.The second principle is that Distributed Inform ation Release System is extensible.The system can adapt itself to the growing and changing requirements and make the design independent of the devices only with extensible ability.

摘要: 目前在高速公路上应用的监控系统中,很少能有效进行联网控制,并且通常的联网控制方案并不适用.我们在实际工程的实践基础上,提出了分布式网络控制的概念,并对中心监控系统中信息发布系统,阐述了其分布式系统模型,并针对主要的技术问题提出了完整的解决方案.在具体设计实现时,我们以保护用户投资和节省成本为我们设计分布式信息发布系统的首要原则.只有在很低的成本的情况下,级联监控系统才能具有很强的适应能力.扩展能力是第二原则,只有很强的扩展能力,才能达到日益增长和变化的需求,达到设备无关性设计.
