公路超载运输治理与经济协调发展的系统动力学模型

Abstract: Based on the principle of system engineering and the method of system dynamics,this paper divides the big highway overloading transportation system into three subsystems,such as overloading transportation, over1oading management and economy.Total consequence charts and main positive and negative feedbacks of harmonious development between overloading management subsystem and economy subsystem are constructed. Taking Anhui province as the object,this paper sets up a model flow chart of the three subsystems by using STELLA software.It also presents related parameter instruction and does model simulation research. It accomplished policy analysis of investment proportion in overloading management in Anhui province in future 30 years and achieved the best investment proportion.

摘要: 论文运用系统工程原理和系统动力学方法,将复杂开放的公路货运超载运输大系统分成超载运输、超载治理与经济3个子系统分别进行描述和协调发展的系统动力学建模,构建超载治理子系统和经济子系统协调发展的总体因果关系图以及主要的正负反馈环,并以安徽省为对象运用STELLA软件构建了3个子系统的模型流程图,给出相关参数说明,进行了模型的仿真研究,完成安徽省未来30年治超投资比重的政策分析,得到最适宜的治超投资比重.
